Samskritam classes in many centers in the USA conduct children and adult classes at the same time at the same location so families can learn Samskritam together creating a संस्कृत गृहम् (a Samskritam Home where members of the family speak Samskritam). Such a center where adults and children study simultaneously is called a Samskrita Bharati Bālakendram. Over 225 adults and children participated in Samskritam classes in Herndon in 2018-19.
